Up And Rocking!
Yeah! i got my heavy bag hooked up!
was doing some kick, hook, jab.
i kinda sprained my wrist.. damn.. i needa buy hand wrap soon!
and a head band for my hair. so.. wont grow pimple ^^
the red mark is kinda cuts.. small cuts. cant really see
got it on my elbow too! ^^ i go elbow a matel thing = = LOL!
went to NYNY wif dion monday,
we sit on the same table, same sits and i order the same food LOL!
after eating, we ate chololate waffle icecream ^^
eat half way bui sai liao.. haha
